Silich Construction was established in the fall of 1995 at the request of the company’s first client. As a testimony to the emphasis placed on the importance of client/builder relationship combined with consistently delivering industry leading levels of quality and value added services, our first client who was instrumental in the formation of the company two decades ago, is still a client today.

President & Owner
JohnSilich
John Silich has been a resident of Aspen, Colorado since December of 1985 forming Silich Construction in October of 1995. A naturalized US citizen, John was born in New Zealand. In his early twenties, John set off to explore the world living in various ports of call around the globe before landing in Aspen.
When he is not immersed in the details of building some of the finest homes in Aspen, Vail and Palm Beach, John enjoys spending time with family and friends.
